Condition of returned products

All items must be returned new and in the same condition as they were sent, with labels attached (unless faulty), unworn, unused and not soiled or damaged. They may not be accepted for return if these conditions are not met.

Refunds

If you wish to return an item to us, please notify our team first by using the contact us feature on our website.

For a refund due to a faulty item:
You pay to ship the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will refund the full item amount plus the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

For an exchange due to faulty item:
You pay to ship the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will refund the return shipping cost to you and ship your new item free of charge.
